Patches A — C for version 17.0.0.611

Patch C

Patch C for Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 was released on December 6, 2016. 

Patch C is installed automatically with the database update of Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 version 17.0.0.611 and fixes the following:

  • Installation error which occurred after upgrading the operating system from Windows 7 or Windows 8 to Windows 10.
  • Error which occurred while handling SSL certificates.
  • The issue when the page opened in a browser stopped responding when Anti-Banner was enabled.
  • Activation error "License has expired". 
  • Kaspersky Secure Connection installation issue.
  • Some interface issues. 

To install patch C:

  1. Run the update for Kaspersky Internet Security 2017.
  2. When the update is completed, restart your computer.
  3. Upon restart, open the application.
  4. In the lower part of the window, click the Support link.
  5. If the patch has been installed successfully, the letter c will be added to the product version number. 

Patch B

Patch B for Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 was released on September 8, 2016.

Patch B is installed automatically with the database update of Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 version 17.0.0.611. The patch adds the support of Anniversary Update (Redstone 1) for Windows 10 and fixes te following issues:

  • Managing product settings through remote management tools. 
  • Certificate error when using Safe Money.
  • Some interface issues. 

Patch A

Patch A for Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 was released on August 5, 2016.

Patch A is installed automatically with the database update of Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 version 17.0.0.611. It fixes the "License is missing" issue, which occurs after updating Windows 10 to Anniversary Update (Redstone 1).
